Situated in the peaceful West Sussex town of Haywards Heath, this charming hotel is ideally located within easy reach of Brighton’s bustling city centre (29 km) and Gatwick Airport (24 km).
Originally built around 1874, the hotel still retains some of the original features, including oak panelling and stained-glass windows. Most of the Birch Hotel has been refurbished within the last 3 years.
The Birch Hotel in Haywards Heath is the ideal destination for visiting the numerous National Trust Gardens in the area, or the centre of Brighton, with its shopping, marina and historical features.
Please note that there is no lift.

The Brasserie Bar offers a less formal setting and offers light meals to a limited selection of main courses. The Pavilion restaurant is very popular for family traditional Sunday lunches and is renowned in the area for its diary of events, from murder mystery evenings to themed disco nights.
Road Situated on the A272, half a mile east of Haywards Heath town centre. from the town centre follow signs for Lewes and for the Princess Royal Hospital. you will come to a roundabout with a Shell petrol garage opposite and the Hospital to your right . Go across roundabout the Birch Hotels entrance is just beyond the Garage. The A23 /M23 is approximately 5 miles from the Hotel RAIL Direct Rail links to London Victoria( 50 minutes), London Bridge (1hr 15 minutes) and Brighton (20 minutes) from Haywards Heath.
